Telindus Telecom Business Trunking offers a solution for the integration of voice and data traffic on one single data network. And, at the same time, be able through this network, to communicate with the traditional switched-voice network (PSTN/ISDN/SIP).
Business Trunking is available for multi-site organizations, as well as for IP VPN users.
Business Trunking always finds the most cost effective routing in the PBX.
Besides cost reduction, Business Trunking also offers a series of features that improve your employees' productivity and reachability: short numbering between mobile phone and on-site PBX phone, simultaneous ringing of fix and mobile phone, call forwarding and transferring, PBX can detect whether or not a mobile phone is busy, and so on.
Business Trunking is a first step towards the use of IP, allowing new ways of communication and collaboration.
The Telindus Telecom Business Trunking services consists of three offerings:
- Private On-net: enables your organization to convey its voice traffic on the data network between its own company sites (VPN).
- Public On-net: enables your organization to call any other party being connected to the Telindus VoIP platform.
- Public Off-net: offers your organization the possibility to communicate with the traditional switched-voice network through its data connectivity link. This communication occurs through a voice gateway, acting as intermediary between the data network and the switched-voice network, converting the IP packet-based voice into switched-voice.
Telindus Telecom Business Trunking offers single access for full voice and data services.
This means you don't need ISDN lines anymore, as voice and data are carried on top of a single bearer and the voice traffic passes through the centralized off-net gateway, a single access line is enough to deliver both services.
Business Trunking also offers free On-net traffic between your company sites, using VPN to transport the voice traffic.
